Shipping
- CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email from me, shopping@seaglassjewelrybyjane.com, immediately upon placing your order. If you don’t receive your email you may want check you junk folder. My email is not junk but your spam filter may think it is.
- SAME DAY SHIPPING: I try ship your sea glass jewelry order the same day I receive it (depending on time of day) or the next available shipping day (Sundays and Holidays are not available shipping days).
- FREE SHIPPING: To you or your gift recipient via USPS First Class Mail Package Service, which is usually a 2-3 day delivery although it can be longer but unfortunately we cannot control that.
- TRACKING: You will receive an email from shopping@seaglassjewelrybyjane.com with your USPS.com tracking number as soon as I purchase your shipping label.
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping options, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail, are available during checkout. The cost and delivery schedule appear when you select one of these options. All options come with tracking.
- OVERNIGHT DELIVERY: USPS Express Mail is not a guaranteed overnight delivery service. It is a guaranteed 1-2 day delivery service and depends on the distance from the shipper to the recipient.
- For guaranteed overnight delivery, FedEx may be the best choice. Please contact me by phone to arrange for FedEx shipping. There are many price options for FedEx shipping ranging from $30 to $75+, depending time of day delivery schedule and shipping zones.
Packaging – Gift Wrapping
- FREE GIFT WRAP: Each sea glass jewelry item is gift wrapped in its own turquoise gift box with a nice grosgrain ribbon (which is red around Christmas and Valentine’s day). You don’t even have to ask. We just do it!
- SEA GLASS JEWELRY CARD: Each sea glass jewelry item comes with a card that explains the value of sea glass jewelry.
- FREE NOTE CARD: A free sea glass note card is enclosed with each item.
- PACKING SLIP: A packing slip with your order details and purchase price will be included with your shipment, except when it is being shipped to an address other than yours or includes a gift message. We assume that you wouldn’t want your gift recipient to know the purchase price of your gift. We will keep your secrets!
- FREE, HANDWRITTEN GIFT MESSAGE: You may enter your personalized gift message upon checkout in the area marked, Notes. I will carefully hand write your message on a plain white card. You might like to know that I receive many compliments on my penmanship! If you can’t locate the Notes section, simply email me @ shopping@seaglassjewelrybyjane.com.

- YOU MUST BE THRILLED. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not you may exchange it for another item or request a refund of your purchase price (excluding any applicable shipping) within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- The money back guarantee applies only if the item has not been worn or damaged. We do not offer refunds for items that have been worn because we can not sell used jewelry items.
- Please contact us with a brief explanation of your reason for the return so that we will know how to better serve you in the future. We will give you instructions on where to return the item because we travel back and forth from Rhode Island to Florida and we don’t want your return to go astray!
- Items that are custom designed for you are not eligible for return.

This is my job and I am very serious about providing the best quality, authentic, well-made sea glass jewelry necklaces and pendants, earrings and bracelets for you 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year (unless we are on a real vacation or a sea glass hunting expedition!!).
