We accept returns for credit or merchandise exchange within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date if the following conditions are met.
- The item must be returned in good condition, must be saleable and not damaged in any way.
- We cannot issue a refund for an item that has been worn. If we suspect that the item has been worn we will not issue a refund as we operate in good faith and we expect the same courtesy from our customers. We cannot resell jewelry items that have been worn.
Please contact us with a brief explanation of your reason for the return. We will give you instructions on where to return the item because we travel back and forth from Rhode Island and Florida.
Custom designed items may not be returned for refund.
Shipping charges (if incurred) will not be refunded.
Repairs, if needed, are always at no charge, unless the customer is responsible for the damage.
